Painting a day



Been slacking off too much.

Here's a "grey-scale" study of a tea pot.


Been experimenting with Golden "open" acrylics. Not really suited for this, but nice to work with non the less. (Used alizarin crimson mixed with regular acrylic titanium white)

    what are "open" acrylics...for us living in the backwoods of Bancroft? I like your tea pot!

  2. "open" acrylics are a Golden acrylic paint that acts sort of like oil paint. So very slow drying.

    Sort of neat and you can mix it with regular acrylics.
