Here's the last lemons of the month! Just some sketches though. 

It wasn't easy, and I missed a couple days, but I hope you enjoyed this months work.

I think next month I'll be focusing more on watercolours and pen and ink.

Sorry there was no post yesterday.  Just completely spent after graduation.  Here's a watercolour study I did after a section of another artists oil painting (with some not so subtle alterations.)

It's on a pad of paper that's probably older than I am, and I think I need a couple new colours (or to wait longer between coats.)

No painting today.  No more painting a day paintings on Sunday.  I need a break and this painting sprint is affecting the quality of my work.

Another quick one, this time on a new surface.  Much smoother. (The support not the style). It also soaks the paint up nicely.

Getting later and later each night..  Well, tonight I have a good excuse,  I was prepping boards for paintings!  The Bruce Lee movie didn't hurt either (or maybe it did...).

Well, no new painting tonight I'm afraid but the big reveal on the secret project!

Painting a day, in the month of May

The title pretty much says it.  In order to be more prolific I'll be doing a painting a day for this month (and posting it here).  If all goes well I'll continue on in the upcoming months right up till I go to Algonquin in September.  Maybe even after that...
